23 Revolution

Notes;
LOOK, ICONS!  For round 20 at inspired20in20, we had a free-for-all, so I made a set for round 18 (Expect the Unexpected). I was bummed when I didn't finish my previous set for the theme (all those Doctor Who icons in my last post? Yeah, that was attempt #1) so I told myself I would power through this time and get it done! I did.  I chose Revolution because a) I just got caught up with it at the beginning of the month and b) I've been wanting to make a Revolution set for a long time.  I didn't mean it to be 50% Charlie, but I guess she has the best caps??  Yeah. Oops.
This post is a weird mess of photoshop, how do and let's make weird things because of the theme!, and there are some icons that did not turn out as I thought they might.  Then again, I had a few pleasant surprises along the way. :)  Your comments and concrit are always very, very welcome!


( I mean the guy has raised dickishness to an art form and suddenly he's down to rescue some strange kid. That doesn't surprise you? )
