1, 5, 9, and 17 are PERFECT. Really, really gorgeous. I don't think your duplicating looks like a standby at all, because the ways in which you do it and how you often use different caps and not the same over and over make your icons really creative and original IMO. And your coloring is really nice as well. The vibrance in 1, the light pinks in 4, the way Sam is yellow and Dean is blue in 14. You are making good use of photoshop, for sure xD

LOVELYLOVELY!!! #20 is gorgeous, the texture use is superb! And I have expressed my love of #7 before, but it is still MAH FAVORITE, just gorgeous. And I love the effect in #9, it's very cool. I love how your icons have a darkish coloring without losing clarity, it's very unique! #18 is so moody, it's wonderful.
